1. About Us
Cork Day Trips is operated by Creagh Travel & Irish Golf Tours, based in Co. Cork, Ireland. These terms and conditions apply to all enquiries and bookings made through this website or relating to the private day tours advertised on it. By making an enquiry or booking with us, you agree to these terms.
2. Enquiries & Bookings
Tours can be checked for availability and booked through our online booking system, powered by Bokun, which is linked from each tour page on this site. A booking is confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation from us or from Bokun on our behalf. If you contact us by phone or email instead, your booking is only confirmed once we have expressly confirmed the date, tour and price with you in writing.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are as shown at the time of booking on our booking platform and are subject to change until a booking is confirmed. Payment is processed securely through Bokun; we do not store your card details on this website. Any taxes, fees or charges shown at checkout are payable in addition to the tour price unless stated otherwise.
4. Cancellations & Changes
Cancellation and refund terms for each tour are set out during the booking process and confirmed at the time of booking. We recommend reviewing these before you book. We reserve the right to amend an itinerary, route or timing where necessary for safety, weather, road conditions or circumstances beyond our control, and will always aim to offer a comparable alternative where a planned stop cannot go ahead.
5. Your Responsibilities
Please arrive at the agreed pickup point on time, as delays may affect the rest of the day’s itinerary. You’re responsible for ensuring that you and members of your party are reasonably fit for the tour you’ve booked, including any walking or outdoor elements, and for following the reasonable safety instructions of your driver-guide throughout the day.
6. Liability
Our tours take place on public roads and at third-party attractions and sites outside our control, and travel always carries some inherent risk. We are not liable for loss, damage, delay or injury arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, road conditions, or the acts of third-party venues. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
7. Website Use & Content
The text, images and design of this website belong to Creagh Travel & Irish Golf Tours unless otherwise credited, and may not be reproduced without our permission. We aim to keep the information on this site accurate but tour details, images and availability may change without notice.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any dispute arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
